Case Vecchie farm is located on the Morainic hills in Monzambano, in the province of Mantova. Led by the young winemaker Paolo Ferri, he has been making wine since 2010, but also honey, olive oil, ancient grains and "medicinal plants". We assume that means weed. 100% Chardonnay. Early harvest. Grapes spend 3 days in contact with their skins, without pumping over. Fermented in stainless steel and rest in same container for about 8 months.
