2020 Sigurd Rosé
Grenache (45%), Sauvignon Blanc (28%), Syrah (17%), Pinot Gris (5%), Gewurtztraminer (5%).
All sourced from around the southern part of the Barossa, the fruit is picked early for the Rose. All varieties are fermented separately and pressed straight away except for the Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris which are fermented on skins for 10 days. The Rose has around 4.5 g/L of residual sugar left over from ferment. A small amount of sulfur was added before bottling.
