A new cuvee! A young orange wine style. Certified biodynamic Verdelho picked and de stemmed and open top fermented with twice daily cap depressions. After 2 weeks it was gently pressed to tank. Organic Chardonnay was handled the same way and added to the Verdelho. Racked off gross lees to three 7 year old french hogsheads to rest on fine lees. Racked and bottled with no additions. Citrus, green apple and honeydew melon freshness. Fine and soft tannins leads to a savoury finish.
