50/50 Shiraz and Cabernet farmed by the formidable hands of Lou Freschi. Cabernet was direct pressed and barrel fermented in an old demi muid, alongside Shiraz that was fermented whole bunch carbonic for 8 days without disturbance. A surprising light, bright juicy red. A new approach to a classic blend.
