2020 Scintilla Flo’s Fizz
A blend from two different regions.
50/50 Whole bunch, direct pressed Barossa Chardonnay and McLaren Vale Verdelho. Bottled with 10 grams of sugarat the end of harvest to turn it into fizz. Left on lees for 12 months and disgorged May 2021. Zippy lemon rind with marmalade sweetness, savoury biscuity lees give nice length.
