Almost all of the grapes that Sam farmed in 2020 went into this wine - Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc.
This is a medium bodied red that should be served cold and allowed to warm up to temperature in the glass. Bright red fruits of cherries, sour raspberries and rhubarb. The wine has a wonderful herbaceous edge to match that beautiful fruit drive and acidity. Arguably his best rendition of this wine to date!
