2020 Sally Rainbows Sabrina

Sabrina is a white, orange, yellow, brown Chardonnay-wine.
A bit of skin contact, a bit of lees contact, a bit of air contact. Fruity and nutty and acid tingle and zing zing and a bit unashamedly wild. But also not too hectic. 🤷. Also. Named after a Pokémon gym trainer. Drink it in a park, in the dark. Have a salad with pears and nuts and cheese in it. Organic Chardonnay handpicked from Rosnay in Canowindra, Central Ranges NSW.
