77% Muscat Rouge and 23% Semillon.
Notes from the makers - Both vineyards grown in Vine Vale’s deep sandy soils over orange clay. The Semillon de-stemmed and pressed to stainless tank with a portion of whole bunch Muscat Rouge added to the Semillon Juice. The balance of the Muscat Rouge was fermented using carbonic maceration for 12 days then pressed to old French 300lt barrels. The pressed skins were then added back to the fermenting Semillon and Red Muscat whole bunches for an extended maceration of 8 weeks. After which pressed to old French 300lt barrels. Wild cherry, Davidson plum and Turkish delight.
