2020 Estate Pinot Gris
Skin contact Pinot Gris from the d’meure vineyard on the D’Entrecasteaux Channel.
Savoury, aromatic, and fresh. Drinks more like a Rosé than an Orange Wine. Can be chilled (12-14 degrees) but will give most at room temp. 1 month maceration on skins in an open top fermenter. Full malolactic fermentation, aged 50% in old French oak barrique, and 50% in stainless steel, on lees for 12 months. No added sulphites.
