Oatmeal, honey nougat, grapefruit pith, gun flint and nectarine intensity are typical characteristics of this organically farmed vineyard situated deep in the Basket Range of the Adelaide Hills. Clone G9V7 is renowned for holding its natural acidity hence the mouth-watering line running through its spine. A rich entry with the complexity of mealy brioche and oyster shell are the layered textural elements from batonnage and measured skin contact that contribute to its almost wet pebble minerality.
