2020 Muscadet Maceration

A special drop of Pinot Gris from this great producer!
Small vineyards, all hand picked, all wild ferment, all small production, and certified organic. Winemaker Jerome Bretaudeau knows what he's doing. This is savoury, complex and textural, having spent 3 weeks on skins before ageing. It has a lovely pink, salmon hue, and notes of orange and citrus, stone fruit and a beautiful minerality. Gorgeous stuff - we love Jerome's wines, and they never last long!
