He sources fruit from vineyards throughout Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Mount Gambier. This is from Kuitpo - it's part of the Adelaide Hills but it borders McLaren Vale... Crisp, bright, and crunchy. A classic, staple riesling made slightly austere.
