Learning from the experimentation of earlier harvests and getting wiser my pick dates has given balance to this expression; ripeness with acid, complexity without the edges and less sulphur than ever before. A full bodied, barrel fermented expression of Fiano, with crisp acidity and layers of spice and texture. Grapes grown by Troy McInnes of Chalmers Vineyard on the eastern slopes of the Camel Ranges, within the Heatchote GI. Barrel aged for 10 months in seasoned barriques, tank aged for a further 7 months
