2020 Little Brunswick Wine Co. Wadawurrung Geelong Pinot Noir

The pinot noir this year was particularly concentrated compared to previous years. Making pinot noir is generally an exceptionally hands of process for us. This year we left about 30% whole bunch and plunged the cap gently to prevent over extraction. The grapes were then pressed off into old large oak where they wintered until bottling in October. This wine is very blue and black fruited with a hint of sage and thyme from the whole bunch. It is bright and delicious. Unfiltered, unfined, vegan, conventional farming.
