Brand new wines from Dr. Kyatt Dixon.
Grenache, Riesling and Cabernet co-ferment. Big boy Grenache elevated with Rizza and Cab, de-stemmed and treated lightly for about 10 days for minimum extraction but maximum flavours! In old French oak for a bit (maybe 8 months-ish) before bottling. No preservatives, no filtration.
