2020 La Grande Journée
Born and raised in the Savoie, Jean-Yves Péron studied winemaking in Bordeaux in the late 90’s.
After school he spent some time working for Thiery Allemand in Cornas and later with Bruno Schueller in Alsace, both of whom he considers his mentors. All fruit is organic and biodynamic. Altesse with a 6 week maceration and a year in old oak and aged under flor. Plenty of aromatics, minerality and a loooooong finish. A Grande-daddy of orange wine.
