2020 Koerner Gullyview Riesling



Just like the Grace Riesling, this fruit is hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard.
The fruit is then crushed and destemmed and spends about 12 hours on skins during the press. Then natural ferment takes place in 75% steel & 25% Ceramic amphora for 2 months. South facing, boney soils - ginger spice, mineral and soft textures.
