2020 Koerner Grace Riesling
This fruit is hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard.
A time consuming process, but very rewarding. The fruit is then crushed and destemmed and spends about 12 hours on skins during the press. Then natural ferment takes place in 100% ceramic amphora for 2 months, followed by ageing in stainless steel on fine lees for 10 months. Lively, serious and oh so pretty.
