One of our favourite wines every year from Alex Craighead.
Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Grown on Moutere clay. Aged in amphora and stainless. Co-fermented in two lots, assembled prior to completion of primary ferment. Lovely juice.
