As always, exceptional and interesting juice. This is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Gris. Grown on Moutere clay and aged in stainless. Whole bunch Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris co-fermented for 4 days, pressed and fermented in stainless. Brilliant light red.
