Single vineyard in Kersbrook Adelaide Hills with 22 y/o Syrah grown on grey sandy loam over white clay. The organically grown fruit is whole bunch “Carbonic-macerated” for 3 weeks then gently basket pressed and aged in used French oak for 3 months. It reveals the other character of cool climate Syrah instead of classic Barossa style. What perfume and palette like? The label is telling you as usual. No chemicals, No filtration, No additives, Nothing added or taken. Serve slight bit chilled recommended Cheers!
