2020 Jean-Paul Rosé
Jean-Paul worked his first vintage in 2007 in Nuits Saint George, Burgundy.
He starting out picking grapes, but somehow ended up in the winery within a week. Notes from him - Made with 100% single vineyard Nebbiolo. Picked in March, gently pressed and barrel fermented with indigenous yeast. Only three barrels were made. A dry, fruit-driven rosé great with food or just on its own. This wine is fresh and mineral with flavours of red cherries and a hint of rose petals.
