2020 Jean-Paul Riesling
Jean-Paul worked his first vintage in 2007 in Nuits Saint George, Burgundy.
He starting out picking grapes, but somehow ended up in the winery within a week. Notes from him - Made in a dry style, this Riesling was picked in late March, pressed gently and fermented in old barriques using indigenous yeast. The result is a mineral, dry wine with flavours of apricots and gooseberries and a hint of flint.
