2020 Jamsheed Park Wines Candy Flip

Gary Mills has been making these wines since 2003.
He's super talented and an all round nice guy. While the wines are excellent, he's also nurtured plenty of our favourite winemakers in both the vineyard in the winery - EG Ephemera and Cré. Farmed organically (uncertified) by Gary on his leased Upper Yarra Valley vineyard ‘Bluestone Acres’ (red clay over bluestone rock). Handpicked barrel fermented then bottled with 10-12gms/l sugar. A blend of Syrah and Merlot.
