2020 Inkwell Tangerine

This is extended skin contact Viognier.
Its approachability is very high, with a textural but very fresh style. Citrus peel scents, some green herbs and a dash of dried apricot. The palate is sweet-feeling while it’s a dry wine. There’s a grind of chalky tannin, slash of tangerine and a underlaying acidity. It’s fresh, fun and easy to drink. Suits any spicy or greasy food.
