2020 Havilah Gewürztraminer

Havilah is Ricky Evans' side project.
His day job is making Two Tonne Tasmania. Those wines are serious, and extremely well made... These wines, while still being well made, are a lot more fun and relaxed. 10 days on skins here, then off to old barrels for 6 months. This wine has less of those intense aromatics you often see in Gewürzt - it's way more savoury.
