Primitivo with a dash of Susumaniello on skins for a couple of days, then pressed and aged in porcelain amphora. Could be a rosato could be a chilled, light red. Either way it’s absolutely delicious. Bright and vibrant dried fruits with a beautiful saline backbone. Moorish and gamey with a wicked lick of acid. Steak wine, but chilled? We think so. Get out the webber!
