2020 Gippsland White

This white is Sauvignon Blanc from South Gippsland with a little Sauv blanc from Baw Baw shire.
All direct pressed into barrel, wild fermented with a long natural malo through the winter. Zesty, creamy and focused, it follows on from last years chardonnay in style. The cold year lead to a long growing season and resulted in elegant wines with great natural acidity.
