The trick is not to serve it too cold.
Nuts and honey, a sour apple tang, with a slice of ginger. It’s savoury and very saline, a powdery texture, umami flavours, with again, the cider apple laced with honey flavour and lemon zest in the aftertaste. Not for everyone, perhaps, though I like this old-fashioned style of Italian white, not least with a plate of grilled seafood, or maybe some pesto pasta. Or roast chicken.
