G05, like Bianco Castagno, brings in Trish's enjoyment in working with chestnut barrels which started at Cantina Giardino. The blend is Procanico and Ansonica, two weeks skin contact, then aged in chestnut barrel. Amber in colour, the wine is minerally driven with great stone fruit characters and lovely tannins.
