2020 Frankly, This Wine Was Made By Tom

Frankly always keep the left over lees from all barrels and tanks and either resettle it in barrel or tank.
So the Tom wine has all of the resettled wine from the 2019 vintage (a basket of many different grapes) as well as a light red semi-carbonic Mataro from 2020. (Mataro from Rosnay vineyard at Canowindra). Drink this wine and try to guess the 8 different varieties within it.
