2020 Fallow Bright Star

Syrah and chardonnay wedded in this bright, shiny garnet looking thing.
Clear glass, crown seal, set your palates to ‘skol’. Naturally made, no additives, no preservatives. So, so delicious! Crisp, all cranberry and pomegranate juice, red apple and some watermelon juice for good measure. Slippery texture that finds a little grip. Juicy in a way but also quite sleek, speeds through the palate all fresh and vivacious, thirst quenching and frisky, finishes with a little spice and amaro-like tang.
