100% Grolleau Gris, 10 day semi-carbonic maceration in fibreglass before being pressed back into fibreglass for a short 2 month ageing before bottling without the addition of sulphites.
This is the perfect drink coming into our warmer months. It tastes exactly how it looks. Fresh summer berries, fruits and flowers. At a low 10.5% alcohol it's a wine for any time of the day. Drink it cold whilst basking in the sun. We hope you love this wine as much as we do.
