2020 Delinquente High Crimes Summer Rose (1.5L)

Summer rosé bag in box.
The base is the Bianco d'Alessano sourced from the Proud family vineyard in Loxton North - the same fruit we use for the Bianco Pet Nat, just picked a couple weeks later for more depth of fruit flavour and structure. We blend in a small mixture of other varieties including Malvasia and Negroamaro for colour and a hint of earthy red fruit.
