2020 Das Juice Red

Well-made, well-farmed wines.
Our juicy light red is perfect with a chill. The 2020 harvest is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Merlot (50%) from the organic Zirella vineyard in Tatachilla and Pinot Noir (20%) from Peters Creek. All grapes were hand picked and whole bunch carbonic macerated for 8 days before were pressed to tank for a slow natural ferment. Finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.
