Chateau Cambon is the creation of a cult-Beaujolais triad; (the late) Marcel Lapierre, Jean-Claude Chanudet (w/wife Genevieve) and Joseph Chamonard.
100% Gamay from fruit from the Morgon and Fleurie appellations. Cuvee du Chat is made by Mathieu Lapierre (Marcel’s son) and Jean-Claude Chanude. Juicy, mineralic and more red fruit then you can poke a stick at. Minimal intervention, maximum pleasure.
