2020 Chateau Acid Rosato

2020 was a challenging year to put it mildly.
These wines come from the Chateau's fourth harvest in Canowindra, at 400m elevation in the Central Ranges of NSW. The vineyard has been farmed with biodynamics and certified organic since planting in 1997. As usual zero adds, gravity only, ancient basket press technology.
Rosato this year is made up of Grenache and Syrah (30/70). Some bunches were infused in juice, some were direct pressed, some aged in tank, some aged in old oak. Green apple, Jolly Rancher and watermelon granita, very frisky.
