2020 Chalari Vermentino

Fruit sourced from the northern most part of the Swan District.
Skins remained in contact with the fermenting and fermented wine for 45 days. Handled oxidatively to create a manzanilla sherry style character in the wine. Even with this, there is the salty edge and the lemon pith character that Vermentino is known for. Great food wine.
