The intention is to produce a young, fresh, crunchy, summery red – it’s grenache and shiraz with vermentino and tempranillo, and it sees a whack of carbonic maceration.
Red berry and peppery spice, pomegranate and Campari scents. Yum. Fresh and vibrant to taste, cellophane textured with light sweetness then a pleasingly bitter and refreshing finish. Delicious! Maybe two exclamation marks. Mike Bennie - The Wine Front
