2020 Brave New Wine Bouche
This is bush vine Riesling from Frankland River.
It was hand-picked and foot stomped and the skins were allowed to soak in juice overnight, before being basket-pressed to ceramic egg for a natural ferment. It was left on full lees where it developed a natural flor yeast for six months. The hue is bright and golden. There’s nuttiness from the flor, overlaying lemons and limes dipped in wild honey. The palate is smooth but intense with amazing length.
