2020 Blood Moon Moonrise Grampians Shiraz



Fruit sourced from the Rice vineyard near Stawell - organic practices.
Fermented in three batches - destemmed, wholebunch and 50/50. The destemmed batch was plunged once a day, the other two batches just had the cap rolled once a day. 23 days on skins then pressed to old French oak and two newer barrels that the Chardonnay had fermented in. 6 months maturation. Wild yeast fermented, unfined and unfiltered. No adds apart from minimal sulphur.
