2020 Blood Moon Autumn Moon Shivers



A fun blend of Nero D'Avola and Sagrantino.
Destemmed fruit to leave the berries intact, then rolled the cap under by hand once a day. The Sagrantino, which made up about 25% of the fruit, was left whole bunch. No plunging. 26 days on skins. Basket pressed to old French oak barrels for 10 months rest. Unfiltered, unfined, wild yeast fermented. Juicy, easy and fun.
