100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on clay and limestone soils.
Direct press to stainless steel for fermentation then transferred to both old barrels and fibreglass tanks for 6 months élevage. The wine is generous but light on its feet, lovely mouthfeel and very harmonious. Pretty aromatics of green apple and nashi pear. Rounded but zippy limestone acidity. Great as an aperitif or with food.
