2020 Beyond The Glass Ruby Rosé

Hand-picked, wild fermented, Geelong Pinot Noir.
Crushed and pressed a few hours apart, to allow for a little bit of colour development. Fermented in a neutral (older) oak barrel. Strawberries and cream, but with a decent lashing of savouriness. The wine shows slightly more body than you’d expect from a typical rosé, which begs for a little less chilling.
