2020 Benson & The Mooch Golden Girl



A super tasty blend of Zibibbo (40%), Fiano (40%) and Chardonnay (20%) all entangled for 5 months of skin contact.
Golden Girl is another summer smash hit, ready for your beach/picnic laden end to 2020. The Fiano saw 3 days whole bunch, whilst the Zibibbo was destemmed and the Chardonnay direct pressed... After a week of individual fermentation the wines were combined into two barrels, jam packed with Zibibbo skins and left to co-ferment for 6 months on skins. 100% grapes. No additions, no adulterating, no filtering or fining, no sulphur. Wild ferment.
