Not too serious though - still a fun wine. Made with the most special fruit they get their hands on, Big Red is made by picking the vineyard several times – to lock in an array of flavours and aromas – coupled with a range of techniques including carbonic and extended maceration of up to 7-8 months. Interesting and good and fun.
