There's a lot going on here - in a good way.
No preservatives added to this Heathcote Fiano. Super light skin contact - it definitely falls into the Light + Tangy section. The wine changes quite a bit as it warms up and you get onto your second / third glass. Easy summery skin contact. Yellow nectarine, waxy pear and lemonade. Really good.
