2020 Amo Vino Fiano
Notes from the makers...
Harvested early to maintain freshness and acidity, our Fiano was barrel fermented by natural yeast then aged on lees for 6 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with a kiss of skin. Aromas of waxy quince and lemon fruits, white spice and a delicate floral lift. Light with tart acidity and fine pithy tannins; zesty fresh squeezed lemon juice, green pear and pink lady apple.
