This wine is crafted from early harvested upper Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc that spent 16 days on skins and is the polar opposite of traditional Australian Sauvignon Blanc.
The nose is dominated by elderflower and herbs and the palate is intense lemon / lime with sparkling acidity that seems to never stop! It has a very Sancerre feel about it.
