These vineyards are not organic yet, but are in the transition phase.
Cinsault rosé with a light fizz. Notes from Alice; Grapes grown by Pepe, a neighbour and friend in Guarilihue, a traditional farmer who has always sold grapes below cost of production. He produces just 2 tonne of fruit, makes a little wine himself, and also grows beans, corn and potatoes. After a successful year one he's now committed to growing under organic principles. Neil Diamond’s fairly rubbish 1970 #1 hit denigrates women as well as fizzy rosé. This wine and this label reclaim both.
